EIC EID: A Beginner's GLOGHack

In an effort towards having a baseline to work from, I have made a GLOGhack.

That is to say I have looked at a few dozen exciting hacks of the "Goblin Laws of Gaming" and put together a barebones idea of my own system. It departs from traditional GLOG in a few ways. It is modifier only, with three core attributes. Everyone has access to a "Magic Die" equivalent, the "Self Dice".
